My newest tree at sunset time is here for you to view. This piece is 4 x 6 inches. I created it using gouache on paper. I do love the warm colors that comprise the background and the contrast they form with the tree that is mostly black in color.
Thank you for looking at my painting!

Here is my small drawing of the head of a crow. This crow is mostly black in color and is surrounded by a background consisting of purple, magenta and pink color! I created this piece mostly through the use of line. The background was created exclusively through the use of line. If you wish to purchase this drawing you may do so via Ebay here or by contacting me on this post. Thanks you for viewing my artwork, as always!

Here is a small cloud study I created tonight, that is mostly purple, magenta and blue in color. I created this piece using gouache and watercolor paint on paper. It was a fun process for me. I also started work on a larger cloud study.

Here is my newest painting, that is a landscape painting. The sky is a "big sky" unlike the skies I see in New York City, where I live. This is a fantasy image! I created this piece using gouache on paper and it measures approximately 6 x 6 inches.

I completed this drawing today. I really wanted to draw a cheerful image and think I succeeded with the creation of this image. I created this image using pens on 140 lb paper. The pens I like to use are micron and gelly roll pens. If you wish to purchase this piece, you may do so, by clicking on this link or by contacting me. Thanks for looking at my drawing!

And, I am pleased to say that I am now satisfied with the resulting drawing, which I call, "Black & Purple Tree."

Here is my painting, in gouache on paper, that I completed today.
It measures 7 x 5 inches.
My intention, as I began working on this painting, was to create a painting of interesting clouds.
So, I began my painting, painting clouds...
And afterwards I spent a considerable amount of time working on the tree.
After I painted the tree, I worked on the clouds much more and on limbs of the tree, as well.
My completed painting is above...
Thank you for looking at my artwork.

This is my very small drawing of a tree that has an eye within it...
Actually, the eye is more important to this drawing, than the tree...
This eye looks out at the viewer with intensity!
And, it is a dark green eye~

This is my very small drawing that I call, "Green Tree with Ornamental Magenta Berries," that measures 3.5 x 2.5 inches.
I was in the mood to draw a tree before the day ended and created this image, as a result. I am pleased with it.
Most of the berries on this tree are magenta in color and some of them are pink.

A few days ago, I was at a loss for what to draw or paint, and I knew I had to create something.....
And so, I created this small drawing of a purple tree with red berries.
I used archival pens on paper.
Thank you for looking at my artwork!

I think this is a dreamy tree....not based very much on reality, but on one of my versions of beauty!
This multicolored drawing, is completed (I think).
I thought I completed this drawing 6 years ago...and for a few years, every now and then, I have been looking at it and wondering how I could improve upon it.
I added to the drawing...by creating more branches...
However I did trim the paper that the drawing was on, in 2006, in order to improve the composition.
Anyway, here is my "Dreamscape Tree," that measures approximately 6 x 8.75 inches. sold

Here is my new small drawing ( 5 x 7 inches) of a green tree that has an abundance of pink dots residing on it!
I call this drawing, "Pink Frolicking on a Green Tree."
Unfortunately this image appears to look blue on some monitors.
But the green of the tree is a medium warm green color.
If you wish to purchase this drawing, which I am selling for $22, you may click here or contact me here!!!
Thanks for viewing my artwork!

It has been months since I have posted here on my tree blog.
But, here I am again, with a new drawing to show you!
I have been working on a series of flowering trees in the past few months, which has been a joyful experience.
This does not mean that I have given up work on my series of bare trees just so that you know. :)
So, here is my large (8 x 10 inch) drawing of a blossoming tree, that I created using pens on paper.
I used archival, acid-free and india ink pens to create this piece.
I hope you enjoy viewing it.
