Here is my newest painting of a red tree, and perhaps the last for 2012. This red tree thrives despite the rain, snow and windiness of the harsh winter it is experiencing!

This painting is of a tree that is surrounded by a cloudy sky. It is also bare of leaves. It is feeling a sense of loneliness.

My newest tree at sunset time is here for you to view. This piece is 4 x 6 inches. I created it using gouache on paper. I do love the warm colors that comprise the background and the contrast they form with the tree that is mostly black in color.

Four Trees at Sunset

Here is my small painting of four trees at sunset time. I was inspired to create this painting after viewing an exquisitely beautiful sunset last week.

This small painting measures approximately 2.5 x 3.5 inches.

Here is a bare tree and a lonesome one, too. This tree is anxiously awaiting the spring season, when new leaves will adorn her!
